Rev. His body has been taken for its last rites to his native place Machhike near Amritsar in Punjab. Rev. Ajaib Singh Ji – 67, will always be remembered for his submission to the Lord Master (Satguru) and devotion to the Almighty Nirankar. He had all the qualities of a prefect saint spiritually, and an ideal citizen socially. He was known for his fearlessness, strong will and upright conduct based on, of course, the deepest sense of faith in Satguru and Nirankar. He remained unscathed and unshaken both in favorable and adverse circumstances. Born in 1936 in Machhike, Rev. Ajaib Singh Ji joined the Mission in 1958 and established a regular Sangat (congregation) with Headquarters in Khemkaran. Later a Satsang Bhawan was also built in Khemkaran. He was nominated as accredited Preacher (Gyan Pracharak) in 1970 by Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and given permission to award God-knowledge on behalf of Satguru. Rev. Ajaib Singh Ji was elected a member of the Working Committee in 1983. In 1984, when the Mission divided the country into four Zones, he was given the charge of Missionary activities in the Zone comprising Punjab and adjoining areas. In 1987 when the Mission created more Zones, Rev. Ajaib Singh Ji was designated as Incharge of Zone No. 1 in Punjab. In 1991, Rev. Ajaib Singh Ji was nominated as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Sant Nirankari Mandal. Ever since, he had successfully held the charge of various departments including Prachar (missionary activities), Sewa Dal, Publications, Sarovar Complex, Estate Management and Langar. He traveled all over the country and also abroad to spread the message of the Mission with the benign blessings of Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj. |
