Visit to the Offices of the Mayor of London

Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj was received by the Deputy Mayor of London Richard Barnes on behalf of the Mayor of London Boris Johnson.  His Holiness and Pujya Mata Ji were shown around the offices and were later served refreshments.  Spiritual thoughts were exchanged, the Deputy Mayor commending the Nirankari Mission on the positive contribution being made to society.

Satguru Baba Ji reiterated the concept of one God and us all being the children of this One Source.  With this realization we can bring harmony and peace into the community.

Exchanging good wishes His Holiness left for their next destination.

Since arriving in the UK on the 26^th July, His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj has blessed saints in London, inaugurating the new extension of the Satsang Bhawan.  Then moving onto Birmingham, Scotland and then moving onto Yorkshire.  The Holy entourage then moved down to Birmingham once more to bless a wedding then finally onto London where a national Sant Samagam was organized in the newly extended Bhawan.

The national Samagam truly reflected an international Samagam; saints arrived from USA, Canada, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Dubai and India.

His Holiness was received by the Deputy Mayor of London who congratulated the Mission on spreading the message of Truth, love and harmony.

His Holiness then went onto bless the congregation, where he said:

“Once again with the grace of Nirankar we are gathered here in this newly extended Satsang hall where with the blessings of Almighty Nirankar it was completed in such a short space of time.

This Seva is evidence of saints’ devotion to the higher source; Nirankar.

There is much strength, wealth and energy en the world today, man is utilizing these sources for the destruction of others thoughts, feelings, hearts and minds.  They create differences and create feelings of inferiority in others.  Wealth is being used in the down fall of others.  God submerged souls on the other hand use these assets to bring hearts and minds together.  They use their wealth to bring comfort and easiness to others.

When travelling through the rural areas of India a congregation was organized on agricultural land that was ready to be harvested.  The farmer harvested his crop before time so that the congregation could take place regardless of loss that he would suffer.

These are saintly qualities that are evident in realized souls, they give importance to the congregation and keep a distance from negative thoughts.

It takes time, effort and patience by a Divine person to create a divine environment for man to live in.  Like a gardener creates a garden pleasing to the eye, if and individual comes and desecrates the garden it spoils the whole environment.  Similarly we must be conscious of the impact of our thoughts and actions and must strive to make the correct choices so that our contribution is one of construction and not destruction.

Like a fly sits on your arm and your other arm automatically rises to swat it away, yet we are not ready to swat away feelings of hatred and betrayal. 

We must attach ourselves to the core of the message and not misinterpret or misunderstand what we hear.  Consciousness is a must. 

“Do not wait for the storm to stop but learn to dance in the rain”

Saints seek idealistic individuals and opportunities to serve and propagate the Satguru and His Divine message.”
