GOD-KNOWLEDGE ADDS
CHARM TO LIFE

By Sandeep Khinda, U.K.

To say something about the greatness of His Holiness Nirankari Baba Ji and the ideals of the Nirankari Mission is often a very difficult task. For those who are new to the Mission, I only have one thing to share that the Nirankari devotees have been blessed by His Holiness with Divine Knowledge. We are beholding and comprehending the source of this life i.e. God and praying to Him, by the grace of Babaji.

There was an article in the Times magazine in October last and one sentence referred to the world that it has been very frightening to be living in today. The article had 25 most important pictures depicting 25 events of the year. The photographs highlighted man's hatred and his evil designs resulting in man-made calamities followed by natural calamities. One of the captions in the article read: The world is terrifying place to live in.

There was a time when a society was created for prevention of cruelty towards animals. Now we witness an era where a society is needed to prevent cruelty towards the species called human beings. The model of that society can be seen through the Nirankari Mission.

The world is terrifying for those who do not know who they really are and also do not know Formless God, residing within. Today we stand before the world to say that we have no fear for we have been shown Truth and the righteous path by His Holiness. That is why we continuously attend the holy congregation to learn how to live as human beings and avoid stumbling in the ignorance.

Generally, it is asked, Can God be seen? Does this question not negate the very experience and teachings of the great masters who have said in no uncertain terms that God can be seen and realised? Human life is primarily meant to realise God and Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji is unveiling the secret of Truth in one sitting without any preconditions or time-lag. It is a clarion call by the Nirankari Mission to one and all, Come and see God.

Any knowledge is good enough to make a living in life. And one is not expected to know or see each and every thing that exists in the world. That is not possible also. Many things not seen and known in the world may not put us in any disadvantageous position in life. But, God, who is the source and primary objective of human life, is essentially worth seeing and knowing. Not knowing God, we are certainly deprived of the real charm of life, because life without God is incomplete.
