Fourth Commandment as given to
Moses by God mentions that "'You shall love your neighbour
as yourself". Universal Brotherhood Mission believes in
fulfilling this command by reaching out to serve the
community through voluntary work that benefits one and all.
As part of the community activities
undertaken by the Mission, we recently engaged in cleaning
up a section of the Richmond Road at Marsden Park. This work
fell under the aegis of "Adopt a Road" project being run by
Blacktown City Council.

About 30 followers of the mission
assembled on 30th May 2009 at its Marsden Park premises and
cleaned the road 2 km to the right and left of its location
working non-stop from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The garbage
picking and collection equipment was provided by Blacktown
city Council.
This is the third year since we first
started this project. As a result of this endeavour the
condition of Marsden Park road to Richmond has improved
vastly and provides a cleaner environment to the inhabitants
and road users.
Universal Brotherhood Mission has
constantly been engaged in service of humanity as the
Mission believes in the following ethos "Service of Humanity
is Service of God". We have undertaken various community and
charity activities throughout the world. Salient among them
are rehabilitation work for Tsunami victims in India, "Food
for Hunger" programs and Blood Donation Camps through out
the world on an annual basis, etc. In Australia the
followers of the mission are also contributing through
various proects; Blood donation camps, Clean up of road,
Food for homeless are amongst many such projects.
