A blood donation camp was held at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Faridkot on September 9, 2010.  Even though 150 Sewa Dal volunteers and other devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission offered to donate blood, the blood collecting team received 60 units only.  The other donors were kept on waiting list.

The camp was inaugurated by Shri K.S Kazal, Principal, G.G.S Medical College, Faridkot, while Shri Amarjeet Singh Bassi, President Municipal Committee Faridkot and Shri  S.P. Duggal Zonal Incharge Bathinda were also present to encourage the donors.

The occasion was marked by a Seminar on Blood Donation in which about 100 representatives of various NGOs participated.  The Seminar was also inaugurated by Shri K.S. Kazal.
