On 2nd October the Chandigarh branch of the Sant Nirankari Mission organized a Painting Competition in collaboration with the Petroleum Conservation Research Association.  Over 250 children participated.  Belonging to Nirankari families, they were divided into three age groups – 6 to 9 years, 10 to 13 years and 14 to 16 years.

The subjects given for painting included: 1.Character Building; 2.Save Fuel/save Energy/Save Environment; 3.Grow more trees; 4.Respect your elders and 5.Teachings of Bal Sangat.
